[ ] Import gym environment as a seperate package in libraries -> already done, need a fork https://github.com/AOS55/gym/tree/master/gym
[ ] Add BipedalWalker-v3 control of env params
[ ] Consider other environments and add to issue

Slightly different implementation, will be better to generate a controllable parameter class
