bug: arch_loadvar behaves out of expectation #134

[ERROR]: Refusing to assign MAKE_AFTER to group-specific variable MAKE_AFTER__OCAML_NATIVE

Identified:

MAKE_AFTER is duplicated in $AB/exportvars/official_builds, making autobuild3 loads it twice
in arch_loadvar()

The function does not unset the _assignedGroup in the end of calling, polluting other calls to the functions.
