admin/news-post: editor overhaul #100

Overhauled the news editor page.

Now it comes with an embedded markdown editor with live preview. Since it uses a different rendering engine than the website backend, so previewing with the SSR (server-side rendering) result is still required.

Now you can load the existing news without prior knowledge of the timestamp
