news: GitHub web hook/API support?

Maybe there could be some automation with the current news flow. For example (with the aosc-os-abbs repo):

• For each "pakreq" issue closed, the website may record it, and generate a news article "New packages added on <date>".
• For each "security" issue closed, the website may generate a news article "Security update to available" with content containing the original text from the issue.

With this web hook, we might need to regulate how issues are written, especially with the "security" type (which thankfully are only created by developers in most cases).

Before this happens, I would have to type them in myself.

Some rendering bugs may happen, while it may be directly using Markdown from Github.

I have an idea: collecting a list of pakreq within a day will help us to prevent spamming news.

That's what I meant, instead of generating a news page per-issue, we should collect them and post a "digest" style page every day (or any given interval as appropriate).
