Add Fusl to sponsors. #78

This sponsor's FuslVZ initiative provided us a server in Ukraine that would serve as backup MX and spam filtering. Adding her name to the sponsors list to express gratitude.

Merge test & security test are failed, please try to fast-forward to match our current develop branch and target that branch instead. Thank you.

It's not a conflict in fact, I suggest you to update content to the "new repo".

'User Generated Content' will be there now.

There maybe a web interface to SQL database instead of git repo, later.
