i18n/zh-cn: use ustc font mirror #10

When the language is zh-cn, use ustc's Google Fonts mirror to solve the problem of slow loading in mainland China

Do not use USTC’s mirror as they are suffering from short bandwidth, and they are now redirecting requests back to Google server.

Also, if I remember correctly, google fonts has China server.

As suggested by Kexy, Google Fonts' performance in China is poor, and you may consider to use jsDelivr or some other CDN providers. Local host is another option.

Open another pull request to fix the problem if you like.
