Use BYVoid/OpenCC#130 way, and filter out the words manually.

IT and Free License need to be processed.

I had wrote a Python script that read Wikipedia CGroups, and search and replace articles from zh-TW to zh-CN 4 years ago, maybe it will be helpful?
