Add xscreensaver translation

I like the VERY OLD warning. It's hilarious. (Oh yes I love such upstream, even for such super-retro-style app.)

Unfortunately I am too lazy to run configure and build the pot now. The attached zh_*.po are updated according to ja.po (pot in 2015).

All I want is actually this:

It seems that they are using intltool, so I am able to generate a pot file now. xscreensaver-5.34.pot.txt

They were using gnomeTP in the past, but it sounds like someone was too lazy to do the migration to l10n.gnome.org.

Actually many fuzzies are caused by case changes. My msgmerge operation used for the zipped POs were not done with --preserve, so you may want to redo it yourself in order to see the original text.
