Looks like Google didn't push the source to AOSP this time
floral uses the athletic(o) HAL
The others just use the generic qcom HAL, but that doesn't have sm6150 in it's filter so that isn't getting built here either

Not needed for 11 because somehow the original patch never made but the intention behind it did and it looks good apart from a superfluous sound_trigger.primary.sm6150 in forced-modules.
