A basic GUI

[x] Nice big Flash button that starts flashing
[x] Continue button, for all the "press ENTER to continues" we have.
[x] Show logs

Future improvements

[ ] Device selection
[x] Fancy graphics for various steps
[x] Less buttons more? Or less and more communication with our users?

what's the idea for device selection? with the current file selection I'm not sure how it would work together graphics, I guess screenshots pending, otherwise do we intend to add more later?

Makefile needs -ldflags -H=windowsgui for windows gui build

UX feedback items:

[x] Changing the text and behaviour for lock/unlock prompt
[x] Move log button and placement
[x] Left align text for device preparation, move into separate screens
[x] Replace placeholders with screenshots
[x] Headings 24px, rest 14
