https://github.com/AOSPAlliance/device-flasher/releases/download/1.0.2/device-flasher.linux worked ok on an Ubuntu 20.04 LTS live usb both from fastboot and adb
noticed a bug concerning copying udev rules when rerunning the flasher from the same directory https://review.calyxos.org/c/AOSPAlliance/device-flasher/+/487
