Chatbot Updates

[x] Optimized the chatbot by removing multiple unnecessary package dependencies.
[x] Successfully deployed the chatbot on Railway.

Frontend Updates

[x] Updated documentation to reflect recent changes.
[x] Optimized various parts of the code, eliminating code smells.
[x] Updated the chatbot calls to use the deployed chatbot API.
