Description

This PR addresses issue #252, which aims to improve the mobile view of the Apply section by making headings collapsible.

Replaced the full text of the headings like "Join us on Discord" and "Start Contributing" with a "See More" option for mobile view.
Clicking on "See More" expands the section to display the full content.
Kept the action buttons (e.g., "Join Discord" and "Contribute") visible and consistently positioned.
