[SEO] Custom 404 page will improve the user experince #299

Currently it is default next.js 404 page that is not good for user experience while it is also not visible in light theme Here is what looks like Dark theme image Light theme image

We can custom 404 page that will create better user experience and visible under dark as well as light theme
