Description:

We need to add a hover effect to the "Apply to GSOC with AOSSIE" button on our website to enhance user experience and make the button more interactive. When users hover over the button, it should change its background color and display a subtle shadow effect to indicate that the button is clickable.

Requirements:

  1. Hover Effect:

    • Change the background color to a slightly darker shade of the current color.
    • Add a subtle shadow effect to the button.

  2. Implementation Details:

    • Ensure the hover effect is smooth and transitions seamlessly.
    • Maintain responsiveness and ensure the hover effect works on all screen sizes.
    • Ensure compatibility with different browsers.
