Sqrt problem #38

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Following equation not resolved 

Simplify[Sqrt[x^2]]

What is the expected output? 
x

What do you see instead?
x^2^(1/2)

I think Symja should implement something like:
Simplify[Sqrt[x^2], x>0 ]

where x>0 is the assumption for which the simplification is allowed.

Therefore Symja in the first step needs a general "assumption datastructure" 
implementation.

Any suggestions how to implement that assumption system?
