Maybe, this requires some upstream change, as well. I don't know that code, but it looks a bit "un-themed" to me.

I think this might be an upstream issue. On Linux, the plugin spy seems to be affected by the GTK theme. If I use the standard Adwaita theme (light theme), the plugin spy looks incorrectly styled on the Platform dark theme.
