Fixes:

An intermittent issue where simPad becomes zero and causes indexations like [simPad:-simPad] to fail.
Some compilation warnings related to the handling of some python literals.

Not sure why a test on numbalib failed from Travis CI. Pulled on my machine and everything is happy.
