Backend: Have the member article submissions be in a "git" format

Have a "PR" where it has to reviewed by others instead of being pushed directly to the db

Users can "save" their articles after exiting tabs

"Merge" conflicts + "Merge" resolutions (this one ngl is gonna be rlly hard but it will be nessecary if we need to scale in terms of admin users)
