Additional Grammatical Edits #43

Remove hanging parenthesis from Leafmap and change 'Additional Links' to 'Additional Information'. The trend seems to be that the majority of entries prefer the term 'Information' over 'Links'.

Also noticed the mixed preference for including a space between the colon and hyperlink in the 'Additional Information:' section. (e.g. 'Additional Information:Hyperlink' vs. 'Additional Information: Hyperlink')

Note that CONTRIBUTING.md specifies the former syntax that does not include a space between the colon and hyperlink. However, in my opinion, the inclusion of the space increases readability, is more natural to type, and is more aesthetically pleasing, but that is a subjective matter. Either way, keeping a uniform format would be preferable, no?

I probably should have submitted this as an Issue instead of a Pull Request...

@lianplass - I don't know how to count this in the hackathon, but I think it is worth something.
