This issue is to discuss how to detail with more international datasets. Should they be included in their own call out location? Or classified with the other topic datasets? Examples:

For right now, we are just accepting we are keeping our scope to generally applicable built environment/planning resources, but our repo is centered on North American Planning. If we need to change our name or structure to include broader resources we can reopen this issue to continue the discussion.
