I see some changes in the Federal Climate Tools and then a reversion. Are the three edits here: Dash, Survey Monkey, and Enscape then?

Thanks David! Yes I intended to add these three edits, but overlooked and had the survey monkey and escape commits pushed under one single PR. I also had another commit for the CEJST tool (https://toolkit.climate.gov/tool/climate-and-economic-justice-screening-tool) but reverted due to my mishandling of the single PR requirement.
