Awkward bullet options from webwork appearing in .tex #309

In sec_deriv_interpret.ptx, the Exercise Group that ends the section shows a graph of functions f and g, and students are to determine which is the derivative of the other.

After showing the graph, there is an itemized list. In webwork, I think these appear as radio buttons and students can choose the right option. In .tex, they are just bullets and it looks confusing. Removing them & their text would be great, as the instructions are already there. Or turning them into enumerated items would be ok as students could record their answer as (a) or (b).

This is fixed in #310 (along with some vertical spacing after figures). I also changed another problem like this in the differentials section.

There are two more later on in the Terms and Concepts part of the partial derivatives section, but they have math content, and as far as I can tell, the DropDown macro doesn't support math mode.
