This is btw. not strictly needed as the ^ operator matches any version 10.X.Y https://docs.npmjs.com/cli/v8/configuring-npm/package-json#dependencies so re-installing your swagger-cli is enough to get an updated parser :-)

Can anyone make it to pop-up 🍾 in new release? So that it will be convenient again to use CLI validator with latest spec and npx 🤔
