Add lint & browser coverage steps to README #185

While raising my first PR, I did miss out on not running the tests that Workflows execute. Hence felt that we could mention that in README.md and that might help new contributors.

@philsturgeon @P0lip Do you think it makes sense to or this edit is not needed?
