As community is spread around country we need to have community meetings perhaps once a month. for those we need to have agenda and decisions for each meeting.

We could use hackpad for the agendas and decisions. Lets create a category "Community meetings" in Hackpad.

In portal we should have community meetings page, which shows the next meeting as event and below that listing of past meetings as links to documents in Hackpad.
