Under x-apisguru-categories, I'm seeing "finance" used by Storecove, but "financial" used by spectrocoin, yunbi, and others.

Corrected two instances of 'finance' (storecove and openbanking.org.uk) to 'financial' as per categories.yaml. Just waiting on CI to finish.
