select provider #12

the list of all employees come up when selecting provider under appointment. It should be restricted to only doctor. it should be optional when setting appointment

It should not be restricted to doctor alone but to who has a provider role for that clinic/unit or belong to a care team

There's no provider role on the platform currently , but i think the filter should regulate around those that works within the clinic which can either be the doctors or the Nurses/Matron - Stanley.

So i think we need to create the role in access management and then assign it @codefulofficial please confirm
