appointment page does not return all provider #52

  1. appointment page does not return all provider.
  2. green color for vitals taken and amber for seen patient not stable. it does not show for all seen patient or disappear after some time

Please we had asked that a person must be given provider role before the person can appear as a provider. Please is this what we have implemented.
