Old layout pages not found. #16

Pages in /old-layout reported to be not found. See /old-layout/index.php

Folder was deleted while setting up and forgot to put it back. It's there now, now it has a "could not connect to mysql error"

Updated the mysql_access.php file inside old-layout and changed the file permissions on that folder so that it updates. Things should work normally now...
