Integrate Dynamic PET's implementation of Two-step SRTM (SRTM2), as described by Wu and Carson, J Cereb Blood Flow Metab (2002)

[ ] Install Dynamic PET dependency
[ ] Integrate FWHM smoothing option of the PET 4D image
[ ] Adjust Initialization workflow (allow for smoothing to be executed before processing 3D volumes)
[ ] Add SRTM method
[ ] Testing
