add tomo_stage.x as baseline event stream #29

Idea is to change tomo_stage.x during the tomo data collection process and test if reconstruction can handle a one-time perturbation

additional data would be to move this axis by a function such as linear or sinusoidal change

value of X should be monitored during the experiment and a new event generated when this value changes
