at 2ms, darks and flats are missed #36

How to generate darks and flats at high speed such that PVA client will not drop frames? What AD cam1 parameters need to be used?

As stated in https://github.com/APS-2BM-MIC/ipython-user2bmb/issues/37#issuecomment-414133300, camera top speed is ~128 fps (at 8-bit). That works out to ~ minimum exposure time of 8 ms.
