Encouragement to group motors, as suggested by 'TODO' remark #6

This TODO remark is on the right track. We do think it would be an improvement to group motors into devices. This seems like a great fit for MotorBundle.

This is probably not a high priority for the upcoming test, but since we noticed it we thought we'd mention it.
