Overall cleanup

I went through the setup and tried to clean up things like labels, name, and hints. Closes #64, #70, #91, and #102.

Some other more relevant changes:

• Move TrackingSignal and DoneSignal into "devices/extra_signals.py": it makes more sense for these to be in the devices folder, and there were some circular import problems.
• The "cen" and "size" of slits were converted to PVPositioner: these can now be scanned with our general lup and ascan plans, so the slitscan is gone.
• Create ic1, ic2, ..., that hold the scaler Bluesky name, preamps configuration, and x, y motors (if exists, currently only ic4 and ic5).
