We set it to 1200 so that we can watch it live in Matt's GUI, so this is needed: vortex.stage_sigs["NumImages"]=1

Also: vortex.stage_sigs["Acquire_button"]=0

Matt's code change the count time to 0.25 sec. Need some logic to switch it back automatically for a scan.
