SPEC plots updates #29

It is inconvenient to edit the bash script that drives the periodic process to update the SPEC data file scan plots. The edit is to change the date in the file directory match string so that it is current. The processing time depends on the number of files to be examined so it is an advantage to keep the list short, yet long enough to keep up with recent user activities.

This could be optimized.
