ApsimX importer needs some work #1307

  1. Importer is not importing the SoilNitrogen variables: SoilCN, RootCN, RootWt etc.

    1. The importer is not bringing the units for initial SW, NO3, NH4, OC and PH across to apsimx.

    2. Importer needs to insert into apsimx simulation.

The Importer now imports these fields correctly and always inserts a MicroClimate in a paddock.
