Drop-down menus on website not working on iPads (all tablets?) #1335

The drop-down menus, e.g. to get from Documentation to APSIM X, are now working on my iPad. Tried both Safari and Chrome. Symptom is that might sometimes see a fleeting glimpse of the drop-down but then I think that it is selecting the top-most item immediately without any user input.

The drop down menus will not work on any touch only device as they activate on mouse rollover only. It should be possible to get to where you want to go by tapping the top menu and going via the table of contents, however I see that the ApsimX and Validation sections do not have a link on the main Documentation page. I will fix this.

Let me know if find any other areas that cannot be accessed by touch users.

Links added to main documentation page allowing users who can't use the drop down menu to navigate to the ApsimX and Model Validation sections.
