The exact simulation that doubles seems to change as well. The first time it was Lincoln9192Irrig05 only, but the next few it's been Lincoln9192Irrig08 and Lincoln9192Irrig11 even after deleting the .db file.
After restarting ApsimX the problem went away and only one simulation was generated so it could be the database isn't get cleaned out properly.

So far only seen in the Wheat tests. Affected simulations cause errors in the R test suite.
Running the WheatValidation set sometimes causes one or more simulations to generate more than one entry in the Simulations table:
