New Lupin cultivar parameterisations #1553

Please see three files attached here.

What we did is to use PEST optimisation program to optimize and update phenology parameters in APSIM-Lupin model (v7.6) for a range of cultivars (Nine cultivars; from early to late maturity; from vernalisation non-responsive to responsive). The parameterized cultivars (Yorrel, Mandelup, Unicrop, Quilinock, Chittick, Jindalee, Marri, Uniwhite, Geebung) are included in Lupin.xml, attached.

I also attached a manuscript that described this work and an example of PEST file to optimize the parameters. Hopefully they are helpful.

I have added Chao's lupin validation and her new cultivars but have NOT added the new updated lupin science parameters. This will require review from the Reference Panel.
