Lots of changes done, add documentation ('summary' and /or 'description') for all parameters and outputs, fixed spelling mistakes, changed the name of several parameters and outputs, making them more meaningful and aligning to ApsimX. Code and variables never used or that redundant were deleted

Need to change the name and order of few variables (parameters and outputs) to ease comparison with AgPasture in ApsimX. This also include revert some formating done by ReSharper (break lines in odd places) to ease readability.
