Can APSIM model describe carbon dioxide produced by root respiration and autotrophic respiration of soil microorganisms???

I would like to ask, I learned from the official website soil N model that root respiration and autotrophic respiration of soil microorganisms can be expressed by these three variables in the model output, specifically dlt_biom_c_atm, dlt_fom_c_atm and dlt_hum_c_atm, is the understanding correct? Thank you!
