APSIM-Wheat model recalibration for Russia #2066

While building a model of wheat yield prediction, I've ran into an issue. My cultivar parameters were not calibrated. I've read wheat module paper from official portal. Thermal Time Calculator(mentioned in recent online seminaries video) is not working with my met file. The question is: is there any dependance of phenology of wheat and lantitude-longitude numbers?

Meanwhole that you are waiting for a more detailed response, I encourage you to test some phenology (i.e. spring or winter cultivar) from APSIM default database and find a cultivar that gives a close match to your (measured) phenology.
