fixed in r704. Put "remove_biomass_affects_phenology = off" in your ini file. "on" is the default behavior.

It is impossible to stop the phenology rewinding when you havest/graze a crop. Perhaps we need an extra flag on the harvest line to specify phenology impacts when you cut a crop.
