There are currently several outstanding issues with Jenkins.

~Permissions related issue when attempting to copy the newly-compiled Updater.exe to ApsimX\Bin inside a docker container~
~Issues with nuget packages~
~Occasional failure to spin up a docker container~
~Builds can occasionally hang~
~Builds on Jenkins are slow~
