Hydropriming wheat #7939

Hi, I amended the wheat json germination to emergence root and shoot growth rates to simulate increased growth with hydro / osmo priming of seeds with liquid fertiliser before sowing.

I'm an economist with a horticulture background, I just wanted to sense check what I've done is OK for my PhD, the economics department at the uni I'm attending doesn't have anyone with APSIM expertise.

Page 4 has the table with the increased root and shoot growth rates and page 5 has screenshots of where I amended the wheat json code.

It all runs OK and produces some decent results.

I just wanted to see if the change to the code is acceptable (given I'm self taught in APSIM using this valuable GitHub resource!) Any feedback is greatly appreciated.
