1 year ago - Nutrient and NFLow have Natm and N2Oatm. Add a N2atm = Natm - N2Oatm
- Rename NutrientPool to OrganicPool
- Rename CarbonPool to OrganicFlow
- OrganicFlow should have a private field 'source'
- OrganicFlow should have a list of solutes rather than individual fields for each solute.
- Harmonise NFlow and PFlow as much as possible.
- In NFlow, rename OnCommencing to OnStartOfSimulation
- Remove CompositeNutrientPool?
Nutrient is pretty ordinary in the way it iterates through layers and pools (ie excluding surfaceOM pool when required). The surfaceOM pool is also a bit different to the other pools, and so should perhaps be a different type of pool.
