-- UPDATE ON PROCESS CHANGE, USE OF GITHUB: ACTION: RP to review the issue of being involved at the start of development discussions. Could this be done via seminars, sprints, forums, video chats, other mechanisms?
ACTION: RP to lead the addition of outline on development of each model/activity on the development plan -“concept note”. These to be provided as links on the ‘cut down’ development plan. ACTION: New Standing Item – (name of this new item) - RP to provide 1 pagers around key issues requiring funding support

@APSIMInitiative/reference-panel - my apologies for duplicating the SC actions in last weeks edit. They'll be addressed in S8 as sarah has advised. Many of these are large and I suggest we think of how to form subcommittees to address them out of session.

Remember - if you're not at the meeting, there's a good chance you'll be nominated in absentia!

Should I add this to the agenda - any outstanding questions - https://github.com/APSIMInitiative/APSIMClassic/labels/question - or any questions which haven't been labelled?

I think they're in progress. We could note that there are very few issues appearing in apsim classic, and they're usually in quite different categories.
