-- Guidelines for Development - Noted a few comments early. Agreed comments need consolidation prior to discussion. ACTION: @hol353 to clarify document. Focussed discussion in the next RP.

-- Erik's retirement: @Juliannelilley to draft/coordinate news item acknowledging this effort given Erik's retirement .

5 Project/Funding Proposals

Discussion on whether this money could possibly be used as leverage for other funding calls.
@yashvirchauhan questioned whether the CRC for Northern Australian - 50:50 call would be of interest.
@sarchontoulis asked about broad interest in working on roots. Interest from Rye grass breeders in NZ with regard to Carbon sequestration. ACTION: Workshop to discuss modelling roots better in APSIM. Create a new issue. Both @EnliWang and other CSIRO/UQ would be interested as other members of the RP

@HamishBrownPFR discussed potential cofunding for a validation of APSIM datasets ACTION: @HamishBrownPFR to flesh out a proposal for consideration by RP

6 Training and Support

Update on APSIM Week

@sarahcleary - provided a brief update with regard to the reissue of invitations for the upcoming APSIM Symposium and Advanced Training Workshops

7 RP Roles and Responsibilities

Request @APSIMInitiative/reference-panel to provide any further comments. ACTION: @sarahcleary to formalise processes for the move from Consensus to Majority agreement Agreed majority should be per organisation not per representative.

@kchenu questioned the "validation evidence" requirement.
